Can i add an additional driver without the being there when i hire the vehicle?
Unfortunately we must see every driver either before or at the start of the hire to qualify them to be insured on the vehicle.
Is there an age restriction when hiring a vehicle?
We have a minimum age of 21 and maximum age of 75.
Can I hire a vehicle if I have Endorsements on my driving license?
Yes you can hire if you have endorsements on your driving license depending what you have received the endorsements for and how long you have been driving.
Can I leave my car on site while I hire a vehicle?
There is limited parking on site so we work on a first come first serve basis and all vehicles are left at owners risk.
What documents do I need to hire a vehicle?
We need to see your driving license photocard and a second proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement. You will also need to bring your driving license check code.
How long does it take for my deposit to be released back into my bank?
On return of your hire the pre-authorisation deposit will be released back to your account this can take 5 - 7 working days
How do I generate a driving license check code?
Within your booking confirmation you will find a link to the Government website, where you can generate your driving license check code.
I have lost the photocard of my driving license can I still hire?
Unfortunately we need to see your physical driving license photocard at the time of hire.
Can I return my vehicle out of hours?
Unfortunately we do not offer out of hours drop off.
Do you allow European hire?
We do allow our vehicles to go to Europe.
Do your vehicles have breakdown cover?
Every vehicle has breakdown cover with onward travel.
